Terms of Service

These terms apply to the web design and digital services provided by Coulsdon Web Design.

Project scope and payment

Each project begins with a written scope and agreed package. A deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due on launch or according to the agreed schedule.

Content and materials

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images and brand materials unless copywriting or image sourcing is included in the scope.

Hosting and renewals

The first year of domain registration, hosting and SSL is included in our Starter, Business and Growth packages. From year two, renewal fees apply and are typically around £60 per year, subject to the domain and hosting provider.

Liability

We carry out work with reasonable skill and care. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.
